> **Pros**: I liked that once in place the templates and emails went well for our potential clients.  The data entry areas were simple and easy to use.

> **Cons**: We were unable to track our waitlist as easily as we have found we can with other software.  The templates had to be created before the system could be set up for a drip campaign. There wasn't an option for the import of finished templates. Customer service did assist with the first initial contact emails.

> The customer service was extremely nice, helpful, and thorough. The system was cost-effective. I just felt that do the size of our center and clientele demands we needed a different system that would require less of my attention to the setup process.

When I click on the lead I have all the lead's information is on hand and is easily accessible.  I am able to track my notes and see when the last contact was and what my next steps are.
