The responded saying someone would conact me but, never heard back. I filed a dispute for March and Aprils charges through my credit card. They charged me again in May. I spoke to someone on the phone at Customer Factor who said someone would contact me and I still have no heard back. There is no other product out there that is as affordable and customizable for our type of business. The only other thing that I dislike about the software (but really is an unfair complaint) is that it has SO many options for customizing. It can be overwhelming. > > I highly recommend CF. Our window cleaning business services about 100 different customers per month but many of them are multiple times a month. That means in a given month I need to schedule AND invoice 150+ customers. We were an organizational mess before we found this program. The customer service is awesome--usually the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is the one responding to my questions. And you can't beat the price\!
