The kiosk system was also quiet simple to understand but I received support from the team for that implementation. The customer support actively investigated our organization's unique needs, especially considering the confidentiality requirements, and helped us create a customized trigger notification system, which saved a lot of time. I've implemented this software with five different companies, which were all from different industries, including pharmaceuticals and medical facilities, so I feel confident in how the data is handled. I think the best feature is that on the dashboard you can quickly summarize any risks or areas for review, and you can run reports which can be easily pulled if an issue ever did occur. I have never tried the onboarding feature but I like that it is an option to manage NDA's and other important training or manage pre-arrival compliance. > > **Cons**: Sometimes I assist contractors working with the Federal government, and I thought I could recommend using Sign In Solutions for handling onboarding, but it turns out this software was not eligible for certain projects. The cost is also high if you are only seeking a simple visitor management software.
