Every single little request seems to be an 'Add-on' which seems unfair, given that we paid for the 'Set-up' phase. Understandly Commercient is a business that needs to make money, but the product feels quite misold. And the integration almost loses it's value with such minimal syncs per day. I also really don't like that all of the Sage tables are uploaded onto Salesforce ie. Sage 100, Sage 200 etc. Creatoing a package for each Sage product would look much better as a customer.
