About AutoRepair Cloud

AutoRepair Cloud is an auto shop management solution designed for auto service and repair shops that can be accessed across various platforms including the web, Android and iOS devices. The solution offers multiple features including time estimates and quotes generation, online auto part ordering, inventory management, payment processing, appointment scheduling, VIN and license plate scanning and maintenance scheduling. Users can look up OEM technical service information, create digital inspections, write up repair orders, print invoices and more. Shop owners can keep track of all the vehicles present in a shop using mobile devices. Users can create custom reports, send images to customers and chat with them in real-time. The solution provides integration with QuickBooks and supports payment processing with applications such as Paypal and Square. AutoRepair Cloud is available on a monthly subscription-basis and support is provided through an online support portal and email.

A huge helping hand with Running my shop!

It has been great. My and my mechanics love the software.

Pros

Their Ability to find the parts that I need to complete my shops jobs. Showing me my options when buying the parts and always getting me the best prices by far compared to other software i have tried.

Cons

I have not run into a issue in the year i have been using AutoRepair Cloud. Even moving between using their web services and the tablet application has been seemless.

Cool application with helpful features

Pros

I really liked the recently appeared ARC advisor feature. Also technical documentation (in particular, part specifications) seems helpful too.

Cons

A great idea

it was a ok experience, nothing special and didn't wow me in any way.

Pros

I liked the features that it had to offer, has a great concept especially for small business. but has some great features and love the tracking progress of each job

Cons

the number plate and vin look up didn't work very well, it doesn't seem to find AUS vehicles very well so that was a downfall to me.

I recommend using this application for auto repair shops. It seems as fine as possible.

Pros

My favorite feature in this application is technical documentation: it has different types of tech docs (repair manuals, bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc.) for any vehicle. I also liked that this application provides import data from the Shopware.

Cons

Application sometimes a bit stucks. Payment after repair via PayPal is not provided (available only for pre-payment).

The application I was looking for

Pros

After I started using this application, I forgot what paper documentation is. This application has a wide and convenient database of car owners and repairs that were made. I also like the integration of this application with other products, such as QuickBooks, CARFAX, part suppliers, etc.

Cons

It has a lot of useful features

Pros

Find the vehicle by VIN and license plate decoding. Ability to quickly search for maintenances and labor estimates for the selected vehicle. Integration with Google Ads and Yelp.

Cons

Great application for my business

Pros

I can include images and videos in my presentations to demonstrate my points to customers. Provide comprehensive technical documentation for rear vehicles. Grouping items in Repair Orders and invoices can be helpful for organization and tracking purposes.

Cons

The diagrams in this software have more information compared to others, but they are mostly basic PDFs.

Good app for its price.

Pros

Pros

I use this application at work

Pros

The Communication Center with vehicle owners looks multifunctional (including sending different Media). I also like integrated shop suppliers, which I can use to purchase parts just through this application.

Cons

Customer Support Chat sometimes gives reply with a delay. Also application sometimes returns some non-critical, but strange errors.

In general, I recommend to use this application for auto repair shops

Pros

Good dashboard, where I could easily navigate to main features of the application: list of customers and vehicles, list of quotes and repair orders, etc. Customers & Vehicles feature is fine: I can enter a wide range of information about my customer, vehicle information could be quickly searched by VIN code or license plate. Repair Order page looks great too: different repair item items, ability to add labor estimate or maintenance, attach a bookmark to the technical documentation.

Cons

Not all part suppliers what I need is present in this application. And sometimes application a bit stucks.

Quite a user-friendly application

Pros

I like that this application has quite a lot of interesting features. For example, sync of financial info to Xero. There are also versions for tablet and mobile devices, which are important for me.

Cons

But on the other hand, Loyalty Progam is a very useless feature and it seems working not so good.

Detailed database of customers, cars and their repairs and this data can be stored in a fairly large quantity. I also like that ARC is constantly improving and new features are regularly added to it.

Offline mode: I can enter basic info about auto repair when the Internet is OFF and then save it all when the Internet is restored. I also like that this application works fine even on old tablet.

My feedback on AutoRepair Cloud

Pros

Wide range of different small, but very useful features, like sync with Google, integration with Salesforce, etc. The most important for me is quick search of vehicle info by VIN or license plate and technical documentation for cars (first of all - labor times).

Cons

As for me, Financial Reports provides not enough information. Also, parts search via AutoZone doesn't work.

Good for not a big auto repair shop

Pros

Customer profile contains detailed information, including own created fields. The Financial Report is a great feature to show the information about prepare job by selected time period.

Cons

Not all vehicles contains technical documentation.

AutoRepair Cloud is a good application

Pros

There are numerous ways to engage with customers through various media channels. Online inspection that is customizable. Concerns are being raised.

Cons

I can work without internet, but my capabilities are limited.

Great software

Pros

Two-way communication with the customer, where I can exchange messages with him, and also send him repair order for approval. And I can do it through this application, without using any other products.

Cons

Common and custom financial reports do not consist all data I need.

It has a wide selection of useful features

Pros

Different templates (repair, inspection, etc.) which helps me quickly fill the data in work order. Reports feature includes a wide selection of information, for which I could make a report. Marketing is also helpful, I use it for emailing my customers.

Cons

VIN search does not return results in some cases.

I don't see any other alternative to this application

Pros

There is an option for integrating accounting. Numerous auto parts suppliers, including those in the local area We offer a wide variety of invoice templates.

Cons

Sometimes the application freezes and sometimes there is a problem with receiving SMS by my clients.

In general, I like this application

Pros

Customers & Vehicles profile allows to store detailed information. Tablet version of application provides OBD II diagnostics. Wide list of Parts suppliers.

Cons

Inventory chapter seems not so fine. Not enough tutorials how to use some features, especially Inventory chapter.

Mostly, I like this app

Pros

Ability for multiple users to edit same work order (parts vs. service tech). Customer database. Vin/license plate lookup. Responsive support team.

Cons

Financial reports need improvements, it could consists more data.

5 star application

Pros

Technical Information feature is very helpful, especially Tires & Wheels and Fluids info. I also like Workflow Timeline, which shows work statuses in real time.

Cons

VIN and license plate scan works not proper enough.
