Simple yet powerful - Each of our applications is designed to be easy to use and powerful at the same time. Since they're web-based, you can access them anytime, anywhere.

We specialize in process-based solutions, utilizing industry-tested \& customizable workflows to streamline tasks such as request submission, approvals, estimates, work assignments, inventory, and procurement. Our customers are able to easily implement their defined workflows and controls, and to organize and manage their operations more effectively.

A customizable and adaptable solution - We understand that each business's needs and workflow are different. As a result, we designed our applications to be easily customized and adaptable to any process. In terms of custom workflows, custom reports, or templates for customer documents, our applications can be easily customized to the point that the customer would feel it was tailor-made for their company.

All of our applications are tightly integrated with one another and designed to work well together. Work orders created in Instanta Facility can use an asset stored in Instanta Asset \& Inventory application. An item transfer will be triggered, which automatically reduces the quantity in the store and notifies the relevant parties.

Incorporating 3rd party apps - We strive to develop APIs for our applications in order to enable them to integrate with various platforms and applications such as Microsoft AD, LDAP, ERP and accounting.

Instanta Telematics - an advanced electronic tracking system that allows you to monitor fleet movements, explore movement history \& events, create geofences and monitor drivers' behavior from a web and mobile interface anytime, anywhere.
