> **Pros**: It was extremely quick to set up and we love the automated reporting. Seeing reports in our inbox first allows us to analyze, take notes, and send the final report with notes to our clients. And support has been excellent whenever we’ve had a problem.

> **Cons**: We’d like to Shopify and Klaviyo get an integration. Also, it’s not possible to build custom metrics yourself. Support will help but it takes a few days. We’d also like to see blended metrics, for example, ROAS, but for FB Ads + Google Ads.

> As a boutique marketing agency, MetricsWatch has served our needs and simplified our reporting so far. We might need more customization as we expand though.
