> **Pros**: Very intuitive interface and easy to learn. Easy to navigate and manage individual endpoints and quiet noisy alerts. Great integration with direct hardware monitoring as well.

> **Cons**: Remote access software has historically been an additional feature. Very competitive market and some aspects are not the "best" in the market, including remotely connecting to computers. SolarWinds is also only breaking into the PSA market so there is not a direct connecting service to link on day 1 without looking at other vendors.
> 
> Great solution for an RMM tool. The management of the alerts and system is the best overall of the competitors. Would recommend as long as the PSA tool links to it well.

> **Pros**: Ease of use is it's main strength&#10;Offering a single pane of glass experience which i've yet to experience before switching to n-sight.&#10;Automation manager makes life very easy to script and schedule scripts.&#10;High customization with creating your own checks for crucial services for both servers and clients.&#10;Many features of average qualities.&#10;Very competetive pricing.&#10;Background shell for remote accessing a users PC is very good and comes in handy for remote clients which gives access to the ability to perform easy \&amp; fast fixes very quickly.

> **Cons**: Some elements of the UI in All devices in management and monitoring is in dire need of a UI overhaul, some menus are not very apparent to navigate and it feels old, yet powerful if you look at functionality.&#10;Not a large amount of flexibility with backup checks as they only scan once a day and is regularly saying "Backup status can not be determined", even when earlier Cove has reported backup completed. Something feels fishy about it to solely rely on it.&#10;The Remote Access feature is very feature rich but are lacking in good performance, there are generally many freezes/hickups which i do not experience often with other remote software (This is still the case after switching between N-able remote servers and local peer-to-peer server choice.

> This is the best and most function rich RMM tool I've used and I'm excited for it's future as it's evident N-able are actively developing everything in it. While there may be many cons listed compared to Pros, the pros heavily outweigh the cons in my case. It's a very good experience and support is quick and knowledgeable when we've requested help or explanations to certain features.

> **Pros**: I love that they are always improving their products and offer a comprehensive suite of applications.  The installation of the package is pretty straightforward and quick and once added to the dashboard it gives you good insight for maintenance and options to remote in or run custom automation.

> **Cons**: Theres a pretty steep learning curve and certain actions are often difficult to find and/or modify.  The integrated patch management is really bad and theyve yet to roll out a fix for the fact that it actually blocks automatic windows updates and forces them to be done through the console manually for every client device.  The lack of cohesion between all the modules is inconvenient, cove backup and sentinel are entirely separate dashboards than the main console.  Sometimes the agent install just doesnt work despite installing properly and giving now feedback as to an error.  Automation is convoluted to configure and deploy but they do have one of the best customer service teams I've dealt with
> 
> My overall feeling is that there are probably better products out there, however the time and money to switch over is impractical.  So i feel we are somewhat locked into the environment HOWEVER the customer service is great and they do seem to value our input and opinions and are always working towards making their product better for us.  I have no doubt that with time this will be a very useful product and overall we are happy with them.

> **Pros**: The easy to understand Dashboard Layout, the support we receive from N-Able's Partner Success manager and Solutions Engineers and the N-Sight features are always improving.

> **Cons**: The script checks fail when the script itself times out which ends up being a false positive.

> We started with N-Sight over 10 years ago, before it was called N-Sight and our relationship seems to get better with age. Our success manager and solution engineers are keeping us on top of things so we can grow our business.
