Background shell for remote accessing a users PC is very good and comes in handy for remote clients which gives access to the ability to perform easy \& fast fixes very quickly. > > **Cons**: Some elements of the UI in All devices in management and monitoring is in dire need of a UI overhaul, some menus are not very apparent to navigate and it feels old, yet powerful if you look at functionality. Not a large amount of flexibility with backup checks as they only scan once a day and is regularly saying "Backup status can not be determined", even when earlier Cove has reported backup completed. Something feels fishy about it to solely rely on it. The Remote Access feature is very feature rich but are lacking in good performance, there are generally many freezes/hickups which i do not experience often with other remote software (This is still the case after switching between N-able remote servers and local peer-to-peer server choice. > > This is the best and most function rich RMM tool I've used and I'm excited for it's future as it's evident N-able are actively developing everything in it.
