Additionally, based on the videos, they provide effective analytics in a central dashboard, that can also be customized as per my needs. They also provide on-site engineers and provide a dedicated manager for the first few days.

> **Cons**: As a first-time user, I did not like their website. My first impression was not good, and I did not get much info about their product by just reading the website.

> The overall experience was promising with respect to the features they provide. However, they must continue to work on the user experience, look and feel of their product and website.
