Nothing else I can say that I like about the system. > > **Cons**: I've worked with many EHR's and this has to be the worst system. It is slow and archaic in its methods. The EMAR takes on average 11 minutes per person to pass meds because of how slow it is and not effective for passing meds. There are no good reports for LOC. They have NO emergency backup system other than it emailing to you. With any other software we use, we don't have to be worried about the number of service units we have left. I don't believe in the Yardi model of Train the Trainers. With a smaller company that is not always a practical request. For the Carestream tasks, I would like to have the task populate at the time the task is due, often the care team has to prep before and it is hard to find who has tasks due when for the building to plan out your shift. > > Overall, I like Yardi for our EHRx platform. The ease of use, and visual flow in the system. Support could be timelier and integrations take a long time to hear back on or work with.
