I can always find a clear breakdown of roles and responsibilities. While it doesn’t allow for creating custom status workflows like Kanban columns, I’ve replaced that with an external solution. I did miss having a “dark mode,” because Freelo doesn’t offer any “custom themes” I could set up. A useful feature I often rely on is task comments—I don’t forget my own thoughts or those of others related to tasks. I also frequently tag my colleagues in the comments. On top of that, I often use the mobile app, which is really easy to understand, and it’s great that it’s ad-free, since ads are a big no-go for me.
