It does everything\! Seriously. Before Highlevel, I had a platform for my website with a CRM. I had a platform for my online scheduling. I also had a platform my EMR. Highlevel replaced all of that. Highlevel is my website, my CRM for texts and emails, my landing page for my products, my dashboard tracker, my membership course creator, and eventually it will be my scheduler and host my online Shopify store. Highlevel allows me to do everything in one place + it is HIPAA compliant. It integrates with Twilio, Google, Stripe, and Shopify +more\! Customer Support is amazing, too. They are very responsive and have always been able to solve my problem. In addition, Highlevel offers a great affiliate fee if you refer other people to them. I need to take more advantage of their affiliate program because it is robust\! > > **Cons**: I wish Highlevel offered a blog and podcast feature. I also wish they allowed gift certificates or promo discounts because I offer memberships and packages for my services. When I run promotions, I would like to be able to allow my clients to enter a promo code. Highlevel currently does not offer this; however, they were very open to my suggestion. I am confident that Highlevel will address these issues and eventually integrate a blog, podcast, and promotional codes for their users. Highlevel makes me look good because I was able to use their training videos plus their YouTube channel and build my own website, create my workflow automations, create my pipelines, and build my course memberships. That is never free, Thus the con. > > when you sign up they treat you to a call where the opporates that is meant to familiarize you with the platform only spends his time trying to get your card on file. For me it was a simple $1.15 for a phone number, which I told him I have already, but apparently I needed it for tracking and automations. I spent 5 days setting up the backend and have not even created the website or spoke to any one the resembles a client when the first deduction of my card was made. They charged me almost $24 for what the said is a automated charged that cannot be turned off that will to keep a positive balance in my account, this is after they said that I have 100 free sms credits. The very next day the billed me again $10 for monies that was spend, keeping in mind I have not done anything with the system besides configure. So the free trial is not free and the free credits, is just so they can sound cool, it's not real and it's not free. They also refuse any form of refund, and they also refuse to delete my account as they say my trial is still active for another 24 days. I am also not able to delete the card they have on file in my account, so this means that will be billing me for ghost activities for the next 24 days. My advice stay away, it's a scam and should not be included in any offer you take to your clients, because their behavior will cause you to have to explain to your clients why the are being billing for nothing.
