> **Pros**: Once you get the hang of how to set everything up this app is really great\! It does everything it needs to do and it's quite well built. I found it quite easy to navigate to each page and section that I needed for the challenges and for individual health tracking.

> **Cons**: I found it a bit difficult to navigate when we first set everything up. I did also notice that it does not sync with Samsung Health? We lost a couple people in the challenge due to this Factor. It also took a little bit of time to figure out that steps only appear after each hour if you're using the Fitbit app to sync your steps. What would be more helpful is a few more frequently asked questions or help guides to drill down into some of the practicalities of the app. So that when there's roadblocks to usage the answer is easily found.

> From what I've observed and seen being a participant in the challenges with our company is that it certainly has gotten people moving\! People are more aware of their health and more motivated to move and be healthy. Even personally I found this to be extremely helpful. I went from around 2,500 step today to 12500 a day\! Fantastic

> **Pros**: I like InKin's ease of use and general connectivity. The platform has allowed members of our team to do some basic fitness challenges which have been nice.

> **Cons**: We have had a number of issues with the InKin app - metrics not syncing with InKin though they appear in our Apple or Android metrics, not having the ability to do company centric team based competitions until recently, and issues with manual input for those who do not have compatible software.
> 
> It's been decent but we are still looking for other ways to use InKin or different apps

> **Pros**: Its easy to use when it synchs. I like that it gives us a goal as a group to keep moving.  I like competing with my co-workers and we're all in different locations so it keeps us going.

> **Cons**: I assume it's quite difficult to synch with everything out there.  I can't synch for all the challenges we've tried to do and we have a few people that can't synch at all for whatever reason (or whatever tracker they use)
