> Altamira Performance is a cloud-based software that allows users to digitize the employee evaluation process. The platform offers four evaluation templates, which can be customized based on company requirements. The evaluations managed by the system are hierarchical, involving an evaluator and an appraisee who can carry out a self-assessment.

Altamira Performance lets users map out employees' skills at company, role, and employee levels; competencies can then become part of the assessment process and paired together with observable behaviors. The system allows teams to create MBO paths, set shared goals and evaluate their achievement. The objectives can be both qualitative and quantitative, as well as corporate, role-related, or personal. 

The evaluation process can be used to assign bonuses and rewards or to take development actions to address critical issues that may have emerged during the performance evaluation. Altamira Performance is an interactive software that actively engages managers and employees in the evaluation processes and alerts them through automatic notifications when it’s time to take action.
