Because of how 25 contacts were sourced, Pipedrive locked double opt-in across my entire account, blocking campaigns to all \~560 of my contacts, including 25-year relationships. My contacts are legitimate, nothing bought or scraped, and I am breaking no laws. US email is opt-out, not opt-in. This is Pipedrive's own internal policy, stricter than the law and not disclosed in their marketing. Ironically, they sell prospecting tools built to surface total strangers, but won't let me email people I've done business with for years. Cost me real time, money, and energy. > > Not happy.
