Easy to use CRM

Pros

There are many features to manage your clients and leads. It is easy to write notes, create voice notes (on the phone app), and schedule follow ups.

Cons

Your clients can get lost in the shuffle if you do not schedule a follow up for them. Running reports also tends not to be as straightforward as Sales Force.

Great sale tool for helping you turn leads into sales

Helps you stay organized and remember all the details.

Pros

It keeps track of sales leads and customers you have been trying to keep up with. Sometimes it takes multiple visits over years of time to get a lead to turn into a customer. This is a great way to keep track of everything and set up reminders to check back in at the right times.

Cons

It can take a bit to figure out all the features like most software products, but once you get there it's a gem.

A Decent CRM But Difficult to Customize for Our Sector

Pros

The reporting was good, easy to integrate customer lists and data processing.

Cons

It was geared more toward a high product sales sector rather than a services sector so it was somewhat clunky for what we were using it for.

Pipedrive Review

Pros

Leads management is beneficial as well as having different owners within the team to transfer to and from.

Cons

It would be nice to carry out cold calling through Pipedrive and equally remove customised analytics from behind the paywall. It would also be nice to categorise based on last outreach date therefore follow-up could be improved.

Pathetic Customer Support

CRM platform is good but lack of good and active customer support, you can run your show for longer and waste your money.

Pros

The most economical CRM platform. Good and handy tool. One can segregate the list by creating unique label, field and filter to it. Also, very easy to keep track of the activities. Wonderful features.

Cons

Customer Support, CRM's customer support is of no use. When you explain your problems to them, they keep on asking 1000 question more, share print screen more, but unable to solve the problem. I requested them again and again to come online and support me, but they are unable to do it.

Pipedrive Review

My overall experience with Pipedrive has been great. It has done what we wanted it to do initially and has helped our sales team to be effective in so many ways.

Pros

I love the fact that Pipedrive is easy to use and does not need any special skills or training for one to be able to use it. It has helped me and my team capture leads, manage contacts, and manage our sales pipeline. It's much easier using Pipedrive as a Sales team since in my team, we do a lot of handovers for deals and some of the leads, and this is easier to do with Pipedrive and the record of all activity makes it much easier to collaborate within a team as well.

Cons

There isn't anything I do not like about Pipedrive so far, I'm happy with everything.

Got our pipeline buzzing within 1 week

Pros

I came into the business never have used it and within a week i was capable and building my pipeline faster than any crm i had used before. the convert from lead to opportunity is so simple and being able to see all my prospects in one screen made reviews simple.

Cons

The only thing i could think of was lack of integration into a marketing tool.

Pipedrive Review

My experience has been overall positive with Pipedrive, since we have been using it we have been able to manage all of our customer relationships, being able to follow all of our sales, and even helps you put automated tasks, and follow up with them. It has been as well a great way to interact with our customers, and gain a better insight to all of the sales process.

Pros

The thing I like the most about this app is that it has help my managment team to be able to manage sales activities but also to be able to observe and monitor better deals and tells you what your sales priorities would be.

Cons

I like the concept of the app but if its the first time you are going to use it it is not very user friendly it is hard to understand, it does help a lot but you have to be well trained to use it.

The right amount of features for Sales Professionals

Pros

I find the UX intuitive and don't have to spend much time in the training library. It offers features that are practical and easy to understand. Especially if you are a Manager building the pipeline/forecast.

Cons

For this CRM to be a comprehensive solution for my needs, it needs a few services: 1) make my monthly newsletter integration easy; 2) provide my contacts LinkedIn profiles; 3) provide the option to enrich the existing data with other data aggregators.

The Best CRM on the market for small businesses

I am using Pipedrive to keep track of my sales, to monitor the sales team and to have always a clear pipeline.

Pros

I have used Pipedrive for quite sometimes now. I discovered this CRM and I was well intrigued by its free trial. Today I need to admit is one of the backbones of my business. Compared to other CRMs, Pipedrive is easy to use and really intuitive.

Cons

If you need an advance CRM for an enterprise probably this is not the software for you since it is not allowing for a full customization.

Cons

Good tool but can be better

We are solving the problem of managing the list of our clients and history of cooperation with them. Nevertheless it would be great to see more customisation options in pipe drive, specially if it comes to the deals management section. For instance notes can't be moved od filtered, they are 'static' .

Pros

Pipedrive's simplicity, customization options, and visual pipeline management are some of the aspects that I personally appreciate, however the 'deal' section should be better designed

Cons

There should be more options for the customisation of 'deals' as well as 'reports' sections. Mobile app should give opportunity to see files

Pipedrive the most complete software for successful sales

The only negative point I could say is its price, since some small businesses could not afford Pipedrive, but it has a free version a little more limited in its functions, which would be very useful to all small businesses that can't afford it. But without a doubt it is a program that is worth its price.

Pros

We are delighted with Pipedrive, as it allows us to globally visualize the entire sales process with each client, which helps us to see the progress or delays in sales. It also allows us to capture leads, communicate with them and stay on top of their requirements, all from a single platform.

Cons

It is a very complete program, where you can quickly track the entire sales process, from the beginning with the capture of the potential customer, to its completion with the completion of the sale. I like that I can not only access the system from the computer, but it has a very complete mobile version, which helps me to increase my sales, wherever I am.

Amazing CRM Tool!

In general, I could describe it as an experience that adds to our operation and allows us to access data in real time and verify the status of our deals.

Pros

As a relationship management tool with your clients, it seems to me to be an excellent software since it is quite versatile and intuitive to use. It has a friendly interface and allows you to quickly know the status of your deals/leads. I really like being able to access the different information that it provides us through the API.

Cons

Actually, I think that everything is perfect, the only thing to take into account is the cost that a company must maintain when acquiring this type of software. Otherwise, everything is very good.

Improving Pipeline Successfully

Overall, it was good but I think our sales needs werent the right fit

We were trying out new software to switch our CRM, and decided to try Pipeline. We loved how easy the software was to navigate- extremely user-friendly.

Cons

We decided at the end of the day that there wasn't enough features for a construction company, so we did not continue our membership.

Pipedrive as all in one CRM for your businesses

Overall after 2 years of using Pipedrive as a CRM + automating and connecting apps in it. I can say that it's really easy to use and there are too many apps that can be connected on top of it.

Pros

What I love most about using Pipedrive was that it was very easy to use. I myself, was tasked by a previous client if I could help them automate their company from form leads to proposal and deal won. It just took me 1-2 months before I have managed to execute all the required things by my client as I have said Pipedrive was highly customizable with regards to deal managements, contacts, addnig labels on each deals or contact. I also love the fact that they have builtin automations that saves us space in using Zapier tasks.

Cons

What I don't like about pipedrive is their webhooks they have no way to detect if someone has submitted a form, which is another cons into their form feature, when you create one and created a builtin automation there's no way to detect if its a new form submission not unless you connect it to a contact or a deal and start with that.

Pipedrive has the worst support and poorest automations.

I really can't see any pros. I'm feeling scammed by paid youtube reviews. Pipedrive pay for people to say good things about their CRM, but when you start to using it, the reality is completely diferent.

I don't see any pros, and I deeply regret to let my company use it.

Cons

A lot of cons, as I'll describe bellow. The support is definetly one of the cons. Automations are the other cons. Terrible automation options/usability. Another. Even as the owner of the company, you can't see other users email messages, which is weird. There must be no privacy between users emails and the management, just because we need to MANAGE THEM, we need to see if the email they're sending are propper emails.

Overall pretty good experience as it is easy to set up and very visual!

Pros

Very visual and intuitive. Easy to use even if you are not a tech person. You can add easily leads/deals and update them. Very easy to keep track and give you notifications on things to do.

Cons

For our work as consultants, we represent partners and we sometimes use different email addresses to contact potential clients. It would be good to be able to add more than 1 email address to the same account. Linking your email address to Pipedrive is good but needs improvement as you don't have email folders in Pipedrive

PIpedrive CRM

Great CRM with lots of features.

Pros

Its very easy to use and loads quickly, easy to flick between screens, and have multiple windows open. Integrates easily with other software, and has a mobile app.

Cons

There is no shared inbox for generic emails such as info@ this means you have to use everybody's separate email addresses. A shared inbox would be really useful.

Pros

I love the visual pipeline view that helps me easily see where deals are in the sales process. It's user-friendly and customizable.

Cons

I wish there were more built-in integrations with other software and the pricing can get expensive as the team grows.

Very good CRM program

very good price manager. easy to use and very intuitive. People who work with the program on a daily basis are very satisfied with their work. the results after a quarter of work are also very promising.

Pros

database management is very simple and nicely presented

Cons

the first steps are difficult to understand, but after a while everything becomes clear

A Simple and Powerful CRM for Sales Teams

Pros

I found the reporting and analytics to be very insightful, and I was able to use them to improve my sales performance.

Cons

I found the price to be a bit high for some businesses and mobile app to be lacking in features compared to the desktop version

Good if you get a good deal

Pros

The way to see the deals in the CRM is very easy to understand, and you can be ready to work in it with 10 minutes walkthrough

Cons

It is complex to make deeper things, and requires time to get used to

Good value for good pipeline features

Pros

It's ease of use and good amount of features will help most small to mid teams achieve their sales goals. Even after a while of using it you can see everything organized and easy to access, so it will help you build a robust contact list. Customizations and integrations can be the real differentiator, especially if you already use other platforms and want to integrate them with Pipedrive. Highly recommended.

Cons

While features are simple and easy to use, this could also be a downside since you most likely can't do complex things. I would also liked to find the more ease of integration with websites, especially CMS like WordPress, to collect leads from forms and automate the process.

An intuitive and efficient solution.

His ability to visualize and be able to follow up on my sales opportunities in detail is great.

Pros

I found how easy it was to navigate and use all of its features. I didn't need to spend hours learning how to use it, I could just start using it right away.

Cons

It is very good but I would like to have more advanced options to organize and filter my data in a more efficient way.

Pipedrive Review

My experience with pipe drive was mostly positive and I will definitely recommend this product to others.

Pros

It is user friendly and it has a beautiful interface. Information can also be accessed anywhere at any time.

Cons

It is quite expensive. it is also a bit difficult to do customization.

A great CRM tool that is easy to use with integrations

Great tool and support.

Pros

I like the ease of use a lot. We've also integrated many other systems to it which is in most cases also easy. In addition I like to see all web visitors and communication campaign stats

Cons

We did have a calling function included that was later removed. Replaced with one that was an add-on.

The essential tool to lead my sales team to success.

I love the activity tracking feature, it has given me a more detailed view of pending tasks and customer interaction history.

Pros

I absolutely love how I can organize and manage all my sales efficiently and the ability to keep track of activities and to-dos.

Cons

Well I would love to have even more integration options available to cover all my needs, I must say that these are minor details that do not seriously affect my experience with this tool.

Quality Leads.

Pros

Amazing tool in terms of the quality of the leads it filters from the non-quality ones.

Cons
