La herramienta de gestión de ventas útil para llevar tu empresa al siguiente nivel

Pros

Lo primero que debo decir es que Pipedrive es muy fácil de usar y muy intuitivo. Desde el primer momento en que lo instalé, pude ver cómo mis ventas comenzaron a mejorar gracias a la organización que me permitió tener en mi trabajo diario. La herramienta me permite crear diferentes etapas en mi embudo de ventas, lo que me permite saber en qué parte del proceso se encuentra cada cliente y qué debo hacer para llevarlo al siguiente nivel.Otra de las cosas que me encanta de Pipedrive es su integración con otras herramientas. Por ejemplo, puedo integrar mi correo electrónico y hacer seguimiento a los correos electrónicos enviados, lo que me permite tener un mejor control de mis comunicaciones con los clientes. También puedo integrar mi calendario y ver los próximos eventos y tareas pendientes directamente en la plataforma.

Cons

Pipedrive puede resultar un poco costoso para empresas pequeñas o emprendedores que estén comenzando. Si bien es cierto que ofrece una versión gratuita, las funcionalidades son muy limitadas y para acceder a las funciones más avanzadas tendrás que pagar una suscripción mensual.Y aunque ofrece una buena cantidad de opciones para personalizar el embudo de ventas, hay algunas limitaciones en cuanto a la capacidad de personalización. Por ejemplo, me gustaría poder crear campos personalizados que me permitan recopilar información específica de mis clientes, pero esto no es posible en la versión actual.

Pipedrive a été un excellent ajout à notre boîte à outils de vente.

Pros

Pipedrive est un logiciel CRM très efficace et convivial qui m'a aidé à rationaliser mon processus de vente.

Cons

Un domaine dans lequel Pipedrive n'est pas à la hauteur concerne ses capacités de création de rapports. Bien qu'il fournisse des rapports de base, il manque des fonctionnalités d'analyse plus avancées qui nous aideraient à mieux comprendre nos performances de vente.

Pipedrive : un CRM simple à appréhender !

Globalement l'expérience de Pipedrive est bonne. J'avais un profil novice sur les CRM et j'ai facilement pu le prendre en main.On peut, grâce aux rapports pré-définis avoir accès à des metrics intéressante pour analyser nos ventes. Mais cela pourrait aller un peu plus loin.Il y a certainement des améliorations à faire côté ergonomie. Et notamment pour faire des passations entre des équipes Sales -> CS (ce qui a commencé à être fait avec l'arrivée de "projects").

Pros

Le logiciel est relativement simple d'utilisation et remplit les basic expectations. On peut facilement y intégrer des profils débutant (comme moi !).Il est visuellement beau et la partie "Activités" est vraiment pratique et simple à utiliser.On peut aussi noter sa fonction de recherche qui fonctionne plutôt pas mal.

Cons

Lorsque l'on veut aller plus loin dans les analyses, le logiciel atteint ses limites. On peut aussi noter que la recherche globale, même si performante, manque de liberté pour filtrer les recherches.L'autre point noir du logiciel est la saisie d'informations (contacts) qui peut parfois être très fastidieuse et qui pourrait être améliorée. Exemple : le passage d'un contact à un autre dans une affaire nécessite des chargements, on ne peut pas voir plusieurs contacts simultanément ni en rajouter un en quelques clics.

Excelente CRM y mucho más!

Pipedrive le facilita el trabajo a cualquier empresa, en especial a las pequeñas o medianas en el seguimiento de los clientes potenciales. Este software contribuye a optimizar el canal de ventas con múltiples funcionalidades, una de ellas, con el chat en vivo. Además este potente software te permite hacer múltiples integraciones con recursos externos que potencian mucho más las funcionalidades de Pipedrive.

Pros

Es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar.Es una herramienta potente y completa que abarca todo el proceso o flujo de venta.Su aplicación móvil es uno de sus fuertes.

Cons

Algunas funcionalidades requieren un pago extra. Sería lo único negativo.

Mejora tus ventas con Pipedrive

Ha sido excelente para gestionar las ventas de la empresa, llevando una base de datos ordenada realmente lo recomiendo, ademas de poder enviar correos de forma empresarial

Nicht alles was ich machen möchte klappt. Ggfs. Liegt es auch noch am Anwender. Bin noch stark in der Findungsphase. Beispielsweise gibt es keine Möglichkeit Geburtstage von Kontakten zu filtern, bzw. erinnert zu werden. Das wäre natürlich als Vertriebler ein MUSS. Weiterleitung einer E-Mail geht nur komplett. Ich kann keine Zeilen oder so rauslöschen.

Es una herramienta practica y facil de usar, que nos permite una secuencia con los clientes bastante buena de manejar

Cons

Me gustaria que en el seguimiento de leads, tuviera una opcion como “not interested” en lugar de darle “lost” y perderlo del segmento

Bien, mais service client DEPLORABLE

Je perds du temps à essayer de paramétrer le logiciel depuis des mois. Les vidéos tutoriel et de l'académie sont génial, mais de mon côté, il m'est impossible de les mettre en oeuvre car cela ne marche pas. JE SUIS TRES MECONTENTE !

Logiciel facile à mettre en place. Bien pensé et pratique pour de nombreux secteurs.

Cons

Le service client est deplorable. Des tickets ouverts pendant des semaines, aucune réactivité. Ils me répètent que tout est réglé, cela n'est JAMAIS le cas. C'est interminable...Mon entreprise paye des fonctionnalités pro auxquelles nous n'avons pas accès... C'est n'importe quoi ! Le logiciel est bien quand il n'y a pas de problème. Pipedrive est là pour facturer, pas pour ses clients.

Top mais cher pour certaines fonctionnalités

Facile à prendre en main, très ergonomique, clarté dans les intitulés de champs, possibilité de filtrer les contacts dans tous les sens entre tous les catégories (Pas tjs le cas chez les concurrents ou souvent plus compliqué)
L’intégration native avec pas mal de logiciels sur la marketplace

Emailing
Il manque une intégration native en synchronisation avec sendInblue pour une synchronisation dans les 2 sens des contacts
Faire payer le prix fort pour envoyer des emails groupés sans possibilité de définir un groupe, et limités à 100...
On ne peut pas figer les colonnes en vue tableau comme basiquement sur un tableur

Il manque un bon module de devis/facturation bien intégré

Para la gestión de contactos, imprescindible

Pros

Tener a tu alcance la posibilidad de organizar en un CRM todos los contactos que se usan desde el departamento de ventas, la posibilidad de hacer un seguimiento de los negocios, la posibilidad de personalización con bots vinculados a Slack.

Cons

Variedad de bots, quizá los estandar que tiene no son los suficientes para poder implementar algunas cosas, pero se puede solventar con funciones de la propia herramienta.

La mia esperienza complessiva con Pipedrive è stata a dir poco sorprendente. Ha rivoluzionato il modo in cui gestisco le mie attività, rendendolo molto più efficiente e organizzato.

Pros

Una delle cose che mi piace di più di Pipedrive è la sua semplicità. L'interfaccia è facile da navigare e le funzionalità sono semplici, il che lo rende ideale per il lavoro di squadra. Anche il modulo di automazione del flusso di lavoro è un punto di svolta, riducendo significativamente il tempo necessario per le attività ripetitive. Utilizamos o Pipedrive a cerca de 6 meses e tem sido bem positivo no ganho de agilidade e prospecção em vendas. Possui automações com WhatsApp o que possibilita criação de campanhas de inbound marketing fazendo ação cruzada com WhatsApp e Email.

Meilleur CRM jamais utilisé

Super logiciel, peut etre le meilleur CRM que j'ai du utiliser. il est trsè visuel et facile a utliser. le drag and drop des leads dans dans nouvelle cases par rapport à l'avancement de la relation client est génial.

Me encanta la usabilidad y lo fácil que es gestionar las pipes, ademas los workflows son muy potentes!

Cons

No me gusta que crearon una seccion de leads muy interesante pero que no se conecta con las cuentas de los posibles leads, las notas que dejas en el lead o la actividad no se refleja en la cuenta

Ganz okay, aber vieles nicht zu Ende gedacht

Gute Idee und gute Grundfunktionen, allerdings harpert es bei den ein oder anderen Dienstleistungsangeboten von der Quallität her.

Pros

Super netter und schneller Support wenn man mal Fragen hat. Das Pipedrive Interface ist auch sehr einfach und übersichtlich.

Cons

Am wenigsten hat uns gefallen, dass manche Funktionen nicht ganz zu Ende überdacht wurden, zum einen der das optional mehr kostende "Lead", dort kann man z.B. einen Chatbot, Livechat und Formulare nutzen, leider kann man diese nicht direkt mit einem Event trackend bzw. Conversiones messen bei z.B. Google Analytics oder Google Ads, dass gibt es bei fast allen anderen Anbietern, die einen Chatbot anbieten, dass dort eine Messung erfolgen kann. Daher finden wir es eine frechheit für ein zusätzliches Paket namens "Leads" mehr Geld zu zahlen, wobei man da nicht mal Messungen vornehmen kann.
Ansonsten ist der Chatbot leider recht minimal gehalten, keine Möglichkeit stränge im Chatbot zu kopieren, oder vorgefertigte Texte zu nutzen als Supporter im Chat. Alles Sachen die schon in jedem Chattool vorhanden sind.

Easy CRM für outbound/ high value Deals

Pipedrive hat einen simplen Aufbau, läuft als WebApp super stabil und performant. Die Aufgaben sind klar zu verteilen und email templates und workflows erleichtern die Arbeit.

Cons

Die im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz schwache Inbound Lead Management Performance. Die API ist schlecht dokumentiert und es (zum. nicht out of the box) Lead rotation zwischen den Sales Managern

A utilização do sistema nos auxilia muito no dia a dia, conseguimos ter uma gestão em tempo real dos nossos funis de venda. Conseguimos criar nossos parâmetros e realizar o acompanhamento dos mesmos através dos relatórios disponíveis.

Pros

Gosto da usabilidade do sistema, é intuitivo e auxilia o usuário dentro da plataforma. Além de uma visão simplificada e geral de todo o processo, que ajuda muito nas tomadas de decisões.

Cons

O preço, ainda é caro uma licença. Para pequenas empresas pode ser um investimento alto para utilizá-lo.
