This is very, very valuable, as SMS has a much higher read rate than email. > > **Cons**: Dealing with false optouts is a little clunky. Emails who optout can resubscribe, but only by opening a past email. There should be a way to send an email so somebody can resubscribe. > > Excellent. It has allowed us to simplify our systems and unify them into a single communication platform for both E-Mail, Text, and Tap Tags. The price is great as well. For the same price that we were paying another company, we were able to get more value from Clearstream. > > **Cons**: Clearstream has a lot of customization options, but it is lacking a few that I would really like. The biggest is not being able to edit their digital connect card, and also not being able to edit sign-up forms to make them match brand customization. I also find that the Planning Center integration is a bit lacking, but it does seem that they are working on adding more features. I wish I had the option to hold an automated workflow until someone filled out a PCO form, or entered a certain step in a PCO workflow, and then continue them on from there. I also wish there were a way to make it so that if someone fills out a form, or answers yes to a specific field in PCO, they get added to a list in Clearstream for messaging. I was able to make this with a custom integration, but it would be nice if it was just a feature with the default PCO integration. > > Overall we are incredibly satisfied with Clearstream. The monthly cost is affordable and gives us access to all the tools we need. We absolute love the tap tags as well\! Data tracking was an issue for us, but Clearstream’s data tracking has given us such helpful information about our communication processes. Specifically, the mass email feature and its link tracking, unsubscribed report, etc. Data tracking is SO convenient. > > **Cons**: The pricing breakdown of text credits was not the most upfront. We were excited to use images, links, emojis, etc for our mass texts, but the cost to include those things in a mass message was more than we expected. Still a great option to have.
