> **Pros**: You need to be experienced and knowledgable to hire software developer. Without having actual knowledge its quite difficult to assess anyone's skill. But thanks to skillsz. Their skill assessment platform is simple and precise. They have premade templates also to create tests easily. And the price is really affordable.
