> **Pros**: As a landlord for the past two years, I was fortunate enough to discover this software early on in my journey. It has been a tremendous help in my efforts to become a more professional landlord. With its assistance, I have saved a great deal of time and avoided the need to figure things out on my own.

> **Pros**: One thing I like the most is the receipt scanner. I used to use tools that track bank account and “automatically” categorizes expenses. It sounds good at first, but I ended up having to digitize and save receipts myself. PortfolioBay’s mobile receipt scanner lets me to archive a receipt quickly, saving me a lot time and I can go back and search everything.
