> **Pros**: The customer service is, by far, the most commendable aspect of Contract Hound. If ever there's a small glitch or any trouble, I usually receive both a reply and resolution the very same day.

> **Cons**: I haven't been able to find the note section in Contract Hound since the update, and I wish I could add multiple reminders at once. I also wish that it would show me what users I've attempted to add, as it only shows users who have responded to the email. This makes it a bit difficult to remember if I had already sent an invite or not.

> I have nothing but great things to say about Contract Hound. Among all of the contract management programs I researched, Contract Hound is BY FAR the cheapest. Because we already have established contracting templates, we didn't have a need for AI generated contracts like some programs promote. Not only that, but Contract Hound's customer service is brag worthy, and I enjoy that they are consistently making changes to fit users' needs. Sure, I have run into a few glitchy moments here and there, but any issues I've faced have always been fixed quickly and efficiently.
