The transition was harder for me, as my former payroll company had a more manual system, and the formatting process was harder for me to understand than Square. The other company made it too complicated, and Square is much easier to use and navigate, once you get used to the system. It was tough, but their customer service team was always there, ready with a real person to help guide me.
