Users can search by site to find their nearest centre and can browse all memberships by looking at descriptions and prices. All they need to do is make their choice and input their payment details.

Users can refine their search using filters and browse classes and activities, view how many spaces are available and add to basket. PAYG users can then pay for their class and members can check out. If classes are full, they can add themselves to an alert list to be notified when a space becomes available. 

It includes an account area where both members and non-members can manage their details, bookings, and memberships. They can also view their personalised dashboard where they can see how long it’s been since their last visit and how many visits they’ve had in the past month so they can challenge themselves to beat their personal targets.

Throughout this period no progress has been made to resolve the service issues.

Access to the Brims Active service, as a user it takes many attempts to make a class booking, taking around 8 or 9 minutes.
