For example, I told them I already cleared my browser, cache and restarted my computer. What did the support rep tell me to do? Exactly what I just told him I did. It's like they are robots. There is no technical support and they don't give refunds either. It's hard to support startups like this. Get rid of the stock photos of your team too.
