> **Cons**: The coordination for installation was a bit difficult to manage as the installation department was hard to reach at times. We also experienced a technical issue after install on one of our vehicles that they were not helpful with until I pointed out their absurdity.

> Overall, a very pleasant experience. We have had great success in the tracking of our fleet and have enjoyed the insurance discounts as well.

> **Cons**: our company runs a fair bit in non cellular areas and this has caused some admin issues with the tracking. Have not yet figured out how to track our trailers for maintenance (MVI's), working on that next.
