I can very easily create any widget that I want in very short time, from tooltips, hotspots, site tour - everything is presented in a convenient menu-based interface and walkthrough guide (even more convenient when I install the Chrome extension). I also love that Lou can be installed easily in multiple domains, so that I can create consistent experiences to users. > > **Cons**: The installation may require adding some code snippets in the "Header" section of website or page. It is not an issue for me, but for those who is not familiar may require helps from Lou's team. Nonetheless, Lou's supporting team is quite responsive overall so this is not really an issue. > > Lou is a solid app for site navigation guidance, app tours etc. But it also incorporate a bunch of helpful tools inside.
