It just stays stuck on the Swiftlane interface, and does not allow for Face ID, the pin, or any way to get in. When the system goes down customer support lets you via email before you are aware of the problem. The email includes steps you can take to resolve the issue. The ISP connection I have goes down two to three times a week. That is where the customer support comes in handy to get the system back up again. > > Satisfactory.
