Before using LegitFit, we had very little visibility of who was attending classes and sometimes coaches would be at the gym with no attendees. Now, clients can book and pay in advance, giving us a clear overview of attendance and helping us plan more effectively. It has also improved client commitment and motivation to attend sessions. The support team is another standout feature. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever we need assistance. I also liked that i could custom the system to my needs. The team helped me very patiently from the outset. Moving from Mindbody which i had used for a long time was a huge decision, but not one i have regretted it is so much more intuitive and user friendly.
