INSZoom - User Review
Overall we use zoom for our internal calls and for customer calls.
It gives a great flexibility specifically in customer calls where we can control their servers using remote control features and debug easily.
Pros
The ease of use and how easy it is to setup a call quickly.
Also, the remote control facility gives much more flexibility to debug customer issues online.
Saves a lot of time.
Cons
I think the limitations on no of users per call should be improved.
specifically if you are setting up a call for big audience.
They should improve no. of users per call.

Ok but could be better
The main issue I have is that any updates or tracking changes we want to make are then available to other competitors using inszoom as well. We cannot just make the changes without exposing us having competitors have access to the same ideas
Pros
Tracking options are great. Can track almost any price of information
Cons
Reporting options are difficult to configure and don’t always give the most accurate details

Web app that isn’t is neutral
Pros
Very specific legal platform for immigration lawyers. Well respected and automates a great deal of the processes immigration filings.
Cons
Despite their claims to the contrary this does not work well on a Mac. It relies heavily of adobe acrobat and doing so seems to periodically have issues.
