This has been like that for from 2018 when I started to use it. Recording is easy and video storage quota is huge. With a Chrome browser and Hippo Plugin+online logging, the recording works 99% when you don't record more than 1hour. > > **Cons**: Unfortunately long video recording somewhere about 90minutes are most likely to fail every time. This may be related to the HD full desktop recording, where the file size exceeds over one 1GB. Recording will stop and the file is lost or corrupted. This issue has been there since from the beginning and the support team hasn't been able to fix it at all. So a full online training day is still impossible to be recorded, unfortunately.If I record 1+ hour recording, I can't stop it and instantly make a new recording because the browser is still sending data to database and then processing recording.
