The support team has been awesome so far! I am completely new to Systeme.io, coming over from Kajabi after 5+ years there, where support can be hit or miss and sometimes less than helpful. By switching, I will save up to $3,400 USD per year, unless I upgrade. If I upgrade all the way to their unlimited plan, I will still save over $2,700 per year. I'm really looking forward to the drag and drop editing and simplicity, plus higher limits on most of the things I actually will use. Getting the option to sell physical products means we can branch out to selling swag and designs we create. I like that Systeme.io also lets you edit mobile browser versions of your pages, something I was afraid I'd lose by switching. Another thing I really like is the only payment processing fees I will pay are what Stripe and PayPal charge, not the higher rates Kajabi Payments is going to. And no more extra charges for the little features Kajabi adds but doesn't include in the $298/month I pay them now; Systeme.io seems more generous and focused on my success.

Cons

There are features missing like the Creator Studio in Kajabi that can process video, extract transcripts, write different marketing and course materials from it, and create clips, plus the AI assistant in Kajabi that I have been using. However, I have DaVinci Resolve Studio and with my savings I'll get Descript and/or Cap Cut, plus I have a lot of other AI tools I can use. I don't think I will miss these features in Kajabi overly much after I switch.

Versatile and anything I imagine in my head I can edit it to work on my funnels. Definitely will use this company even when I would be willing to pay for click funnels.

I spent several hours watching YT videos on System.io and it looked really nice. I played around with the free version and had a question so I emailed support. It was after 8:00 PM so I didn't think I would hear back for at least a day, at best. 20 minutes later I got a PERSONAL reply to my question. With Wix and Podia, I would not get a reply usually for 24 to 48 hours and with Podia sometimes I NEVER get a reply.

I replied back to the email with another question and I swear it was not 5 minutes till I got the question answered. OMG, that alone is making me sign up tonight! They are going to migrate my entire Podia site and all 5 BIG courses to System in only 2 weeks or less.

Systeme is a simple yet effective platform that although looks simple has all the neccessary tools to effectively launch an online business in an affordable price. I believe is the best value for money platform out there.

Although it has all the basic things functioning well, it lacks functionality in some details. For example i would like to be able to upload pictures that i use for my different funnels etc and to have them organized in files so that i can access them easily but it seems that they are just uploaded in one big file and so it take a lot of time to find older pictures. But again these are a bit secondary things. I am pleased in general.

I greatly appreciate that Systeme.io provides sooo much value in their free plan. Starting a business without a lot of funds can be very challenging. Other providers want an arm and leg to start off. Systeme.io has allowed me to actually begin an email list with easy-to-understand and learn funnel design. Even their Starter Plan is easily affordable. I know that as my business grows I don't have to worry about migrating to another platform because they offer everything my burgeoning business needs. Any time I have had a question, the response from the Help Team has been minutes, not days. Systeme.io truly has the customer in mind and is committed to service. That's the kind of company I want to deal with.

#1: Customization not extra-detailed:
- While this may be more a pro than a con in some cases, I'd like to have even more customization (I'm tech savvy) but for people that don't understand or work in web design, it's super helpful and straightforward to set everything up and will be just perfect.
#2: Free plan limitations:
- While generous, the free plan could use more funnels, tags and perhaps up to 3 courses.
#3: Communities:
- I feel like there's lots of work to be done in this area. While it's great for resource sharing, asking and answering questions, how awesome would it be if we could set up direct audio/video conferencing within systeme community? Also having a calendar for booking consulting calls without having to use calendly or other booking tools.

By far the greatest part to Systeme.io is how intuitive and user friendly it is. It is amazing how much something so simple and easy to use has elevated my company. I love how it's a website and email platform in one. It has simplified my business and streamlined the communication process. What I like least about Systeme.io is the Customer Service and Support. This is what I'm not happy about. I have a serious issue that still haven't been addressed and it's been over 24 hours.

I'm a stickler for customer service and receiving customer support, especially when you advertise your turn around time. And, this could be the reason that I stop using the system, even though it's one of the best software systems I've ever seen. So now I'm questioning how you do business with us, who invest in your platform. I hope that you honor your offer that you give when we give you a review. I'm a person of Integrity. Does not accept Apple or GPay
Admin users are not able to see the many necessary tech settings to get an account best set up ie adding domain, email verification, payment integration, other integrations. Need to be logged in as the account owner.
Funnel pages are not in the sitemap. They can be crawled and submitted to google search console. Not being in the sitemap feels like a miss but its not a brick wall either.
There is no payments sandbox but not a brick wall either, I just used a coupon that gives 100% off which could work for core testing needs.
Emails sent to purchasers cannot be customized/branded and are non-styled.

I just think if it was formatting/styling could use touching up; like make it easier to read. I understand the use of ">>>" and everything because I used to do that. System.io is a very well-priced interface, that is easy to use. I created a funnel and squeeze page, redesigned it according to my requirements, and tested it within the hour. It's a great package for newbies just starting in a world of marketing and automation. The interface is fairly clean, and straightforward. The items and tools are easy to locate, and you can navigate the platform without too much confusion. There is a built-in AI support Bot that has been very fast and Overall, I have enjoyed my time with System.io. Sysytem.io is a business built on helping other businesses grow! As a new user of the platform (System.io) I have only discovered a minimal amount of (in my own experience) cons. I would like to see some improvement and additional features within the automation/workflow builder as I've seen implemented in other platforms. I struggled with the configuration and was unable to resolve the issue. I contacted Customer Support, and they provided a solution and feedback but I still found myself uncertain how to fix the issue. I would like a more in-depth response that either corrects my fault with an example or covers more detail to explain (for a newbie learning automation and new terminologies). The AI chatbot gave me some support and feedback regarding an issue, but unfortunately, it had miscalculated the software, and the features/menu it suggested did not exist in the platform, so I could not propel forward.

Impossible to overstate the value of having everything I need for my business on one platform. Replaces web host + email manager + store front + automation tool + analytics package ...and probably more that I cannot think of at the moment. Saves so much time and money - especially with the attractive start-plan price of FREE.

And once you understand the organization, it is so straightforward to navigate, so easy to build out.

I must also plug support. First, there is a set of very straightforward articles that answer just about every question. Just about. For any issue unaddressed, you can get support through email within 24 hours - usually just a couple hours. If you need more responsiveness, a paid option is available. I can't imagine needing that, however, as the articles are so clear and everything works so smoothly.

I would never go back to a mix of cumbersome and expensive standalone tools.

Hey! So I’ve been using Systeme.io, and it’s honestly been great. It’s super easy to use, even if you’re not a tech person. It has everything in one place, like email stuff, website building, and even making courses. I love that it’s not too expensive, especially for everything it includes. You can also set up little automations so things run by themselves, which is cool. Plus, if you ever get stuck, the support team is really helpful and quick to respond. Perfect for beginners like me who just want something simple that works!

The setup wasn't as intuitive as I would like. I had to watch several different tutorials to cover the aspects I needed. The information was out there but nothing end to end from starting from scratch to testing accepting payment, setting up coupons, product being delivered.

I have used other platforms similar to this. They have similar issues as well so I knew what to look for to solve the problem.

Once you get it working, you now know the information so you know what to do if you make more products.

I didn't have a good experience because the system didn't work and my contacts disappeared.

In short, I hired the biggest plan available, migrated my contacts, but soon after came a series of systeme.io limitations and failures. Clearly characterizing poor service provision.

Systeme.io still limited its use, as it reported system failures, and all the contacts that were registered via the website developed by Systeme.io itself disappeared, in addition to not being able to send emails.

The losses caused ranged from hours of work, upset, worry and even payment for a service that doesn't work, in addition to loss of leads that were captured via the META group's paid campaign and Systeme.io simply disappeared with these contacts.

So, in addition to Systeme.io not working, contacts that were registered have disappeared and to make matters worse, they want to charge a monthly fee for this. In other words, they want me to pay for a service that was not provided and for having disappeared with my contacts.

When questioning them (I have a copy of all emails) they informed that they do not refund money because the system may have errors. Like this? They don't provide the minimum amount of service, they disappear with their contacts, they spend weeks trying to solve the problem and they only say that they couldn't solve it and finally they still want to charge for it, without refunding the amount paid?

Imagine me informing the customer that I will charge the amount even if I don't do what was promised and that will be it. That's what they're doing, absurd with clear violations of the CDC and CC.

It's been almost 15 days trying to find a solution with support and they still haven't been able to solve the problems.

No longer trusting the system, I requested a refund of the amount paid and the leads that were captured on a paid basis by META and disappeared.

The support response was that they would not refund or compensate the leads captured.

In other words, they are charging for a service that was not provided and still do not want to take responsibility and compensate for the damage caused. And they are still charging me for disappearing my contacts and the system not working. Impressive.

So, after trying to return it in a friendly manner, they informed us that it was not possible. I have all emails saved, including those from support reporting errors.

Pros

Two things - the software is very intuitive, replaces LOTS of different tools that you'd have to configure separately. And the people running it are great - really responsive and helpful.

Cons

I wish they had a live chat feature, and I wish they had simpler templates (bizarre I know) for things like funnels and landing pages. I find myself having to trim things down for my needs (not really a problem for most people!). LOTS of options in their template section.

Pros

The support! Your team is incredibly prompt, very helpful and when I can't find an answer in the help section I can trust that a message I send to your team will be answered very quickly and usually solves my issue in the first step.

Cons

It takes a little bit to figure out at first and the necessity to have a custom domain set up in order to have emails sent from the system. It would be a bonus to be able to send at least 3 emails a month on the Free package just to help people starting out get things rolling, bring in more income and then move up to the paid versions.

Pros

Systeme.io does everything I want it to do as a marketer. From easy to build funnels to email marketing it's a nice neat package where I don't require multiple service providers. Also it has an amazing training portal and FAQ's that have answered 99% of my questions. I have been using it about a year now. There was only one instance that I had an issue with a domain and the support people got back to me right away and helped me fix it. They were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons

I can't really think of anything I don't like which is rare for me. I'm typically pretty critical.
