The platform covers everything we need day-to-day – from tenant onboarding and compliance through to rent tracking and maintenance – without feeling overly complicated. It’s intuitive enough to pick up quickly, but still powerful enough to handle a growing portfolio. The communication tools are a big win too. Being able to manage tenant messaging, actions, and records all in one place has massively reduced admin and kept everything organised. Customer support is also excellent – responsive, helpful, and clearly open to feedback. You can tell the platform is constantly evolving based on real user input, which makes a huge difference. > > **Cons**: As with any growing platform, there are still a few areas that are being refined. Some features are still being developed or would benefit from more flexibility (for example, reporting, automation options, and certain compliance workflows).
