Universal app for Workflow management, task management, prioritization, time blocking, team...

Simply mind-blowing and incredible, this universal app covers all use cases. There's no need to switch between various apps and waste money on multiple applications. This fantastic app, available at a great price, includes all the essential features needed to achieve excellent results, save time, enhance productivity, improve team collaboration, facilitate project planning, and provide accurate project estimations. The list of benefits is endless—truly an incredible app.

Pros

This universal app brings all features together in one place—unimaginable! The price is so low that it's affordable for everyone. I tried another app (Ankiflow), which costs $34 per month. In India, for that price, you could hire a personal assistant who would not only plan your work but also handle some tasks for you.

Cons

There's no differentiation between personal and team use. Ideally, there should be a configuration option in the settings, a toggle button, to switch between personal and team use. When I set to personal use, options like assignee, created by, and assigned to me should be hidden to streamline the interface.

My most recommended tool

My life is transformed. I no longer find myself resetting every other week and I rarely suffer the overwhelm which used to be my constant companion.

Pros

I was flipping between Notion, Airtable and Clickup but found that with these very flexible systems things always fell into chaos. I then spent a month testing every alternative, Trello, ToDoist - you name it.And then I found Upbase. It was as if they made it just for me. The blend of functionality and aesthetics is witchcraft.

Cons

Nothing not to like really. If I had to pick one thing it would be that they allowed for the embedding of more document types in the Docs module.

Had potential... Not anymore

It has potential, but i now believe that it was a "money grab". No one is really looking after peoples concerns.

Pros

The promises of making it a good system. It had a lot of potential and i bought into it.

Cons

Bad support. "Kid on" roadmap where nothing is followed up.

Project management tool to consider

I think Upbase is a great tool for individuals and small teams who want to manage their projects effectively and efficiently.

Pros

Upbase is a unique project management tool that combines powerful simplicity with personal productivity features.

Cons

Upbase does not have many integrations with other popular tools, such as Slack, Google Drive, or Dropbox. You can only embed Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides in Upbase, and sync your tasks with Google Calendar.

My base for writing articles

I was looking for an all-in-one tool that permits me to centralized all my needs for writing an article. For example, photos, videos, links. I can create the draft of my article easily. I have the possibility to assign and plan tasks related to this. This tool is recent and really promising.

Pros

I love to have one application to centralize all my needs for writing my articles.I can easily have my files, docs, notes, calendar and tasks dedicated for one project.

Cons

I am waiting for an offline mode, the iPad app version and word / character counting for a page.
