Automated notification of performance related events is managed through a news feed, tasks and email messaging. Emplo provides reporting of the status of performance-related processes and the results of performance reviews, objectives, and other development activities. The application is available with an integrated Human Resources Manage System. At the same time emplo is intuitive and easy to use just like ... facebook. In GSU, emplo also helps with HR processes - we monitor the status of individuals in individual units on a regular basis, allowing new employees to get to know the whole team faster (not just within immediate surroundings) or give access to information about the form and time of employment of a subordinate, without needing to ask the HR.
