If i have multiple rentals, i can to go in and match the amount to the potential rental unit, and therefore having to go back through conversations to make sure the applicant it or the right unit. I love that roommates can be lumped into the same "Applicant." Would be great if guarantors could be too. I also like the summary; the green/red flags for ID, NSF, and Credit draw my immediate attention, which is great. The reports are detailed and include the applicant's ID.
