I can receive payments from anywhere and withdraw in my country without a single issue. It transfers directly into my bank account with relative ease and diligence. > > **Cons**: Mobile app was launched not too long ago and it does feel clunky, so I tend to use the web version almost exclusively. ----- ### "It makes it so easy" — 5.0/5 > **Nicolas** | *18 September 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: How easy it is to send money in any currency to any country. Before Ontop I used to move my salary for 4 different accounts including Cripto to get it into my main account > > **Cons**: It could have more options to invest your money inside the app. Though it has a interest earning account > > So far so good. Had some issues on the beginning setting it up but the customer support took care of it very fast. ----- ### "No customer service" — 3.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *29 March 2024* | Staffing & Recruiting | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: Supposed to be a fast payment app, but I haven't received my money and can't get in touch with support. I can't even log in to my account. Ridiculous. > > **Cons**: They don't have a customer support team. > > Bad. There's no number or email to reach out to in case you have a situation with the app... and they handle your money\! ----- ### "Highly Recommended" — 5.0/5 > **Juan Cruz** | *12 November 2024* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Fast and Effective. The best wallet I have ever known > > **Cons**: Cashback dropped a lot. Back to having more discounts on travel > > Awesome. They solved the issue of payments. ----- ### "A Simple and Reliable Way to Get Paid and Manage Global Payments" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *25 December 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I really value how simple and user-friendly Ontop is. Its intuitive interface streamlines onboarding, contract creation, and handling international payments, often requiring very little setup. I also find the digital wallet and the linked Visa card especially convenient for receiving and using funds worldwide. > > **Cons**: There was nothing in particular that stood out to me. However, I think adding support for Apple Pay and Google Wallet would be a nice improvement. > > Overall, it has been a good experience. I mainly use Ontop to receive my paycheck, transfer money when needed, and pay for everyday expenses using the Visa card, which makes managing my funds straightforward and convenient. ----- Page: 1 / 3\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/338478/ontop?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/338478/ontop) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | ----- ## Structured Data
