Additional strengths include: front-end development looks much nicer in comparison to competitors; seamless membership management and processing; accurate and synchronized accounting records; API integration with other organizations - at a cost; and integration of the website content with email campaigns allow for ease of communication curation. > > **Cons**: The monthly cost of licenses paired with the limitation to one user/license - Due to the limitation of one user per license and the system's inability to log you out due to inactivity, you are somewhat cornered into needing additional licenses. In addition, there is a steep percentage charged as transaction fees; we have had to restructure our membership charges to accommodate for this. Lastly, Yapla has spoken about additional features being integrated for over a year. At this point, they have not roled any of these new features out and haven't provided any timelines in doing so. > > Overall Yapla has been very great to work with. They are responsive to our requests within the parameters of the existing systems and the functionality for events, membership, and accounting management are unmatched.
