The software is ready to use quite easily.

> **Pros**: La visualización de informes es muy potente. La funcionalidad para acceder a todos los datos relacionados con clientes es muy ágil. La posibilidad de seleccionar desde el histórico de ventas al cliente para hacer pedidos hace más rápido el proceso.  Las posibilidades de sincronización entre el ERP y CRM son potentes, además de sincronizaciones con tickets de gastos para agencia tributaria, por ejemplo.

> **Cons**: Tiene desarrollados los módulos de gamificación sobre el uso del CRM, además de módulos de seguimiento de objetivos de facturación por cliente asociados al comercial. Lo que se podría implementar es un global de objetivos de facturación por comercial (no asociado a clientes).
