I used the AI content pack and realised I have just been charged the renewal fee of $86.26. As I have never even used the service, I reached out to support to get my money back. The reply was that a reminder email was sent 7 days prior and as I had not cancelled the subscription, no refunds will be issued. I have searched my email including trash and spam, there is no reminder email. This is shady behaviour and as a result, RankMath should be avoided at all costs. Why would you be forced to pay for a service you have no used or will not use? As a multiple website owner, webmaster and content writer, I find this feature to be worth its weight in gold. Their Content AI module is free or you can purchase one of their paid upgrades. If you can afford another five dollars a month, you will have the best SEO plugin on the market and an incredible Content AI machine which will give you the best of all worlds. Rank Math offers a free version of their plugin or the PRO version which I have for much less than their competitors. Last but not least, their very efficient tech support is operational 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
