> **Pros**: The software is so easy to use and well build, integrating seamlessly with important software as Microsoft 365 and Google Gsuite. The team is flexible, proactive and forward looking and respond quickly to wishes and requests.

> **Pros**: De samenwerking tussen sales, productspecialisten en development is sterk. Suggesties vanuit gebruikers worden serieus opgepakt en zijn regelmatig al in een volgende release terug te zien.

De meest recente release van GFacility maakt mij als functioneel beheerder erg enthousiast. De mogelijkheden zijn veelzijdig en de nieuwe functionaliteiten en modules geven organisaties veel vrijheid om het platform in te richten op een manier die past bij hun eigen processen en werkwijze.

Kortom, GFacility is een toekomstgericht product dat continu blijft door ontwikkelen en organisaties helpt om grip te houden op hun processen, dienstverlening en samenwerking binnen de keten.

Dat bood veel mogelijkheden, maar maakte het voor beheerders soms lastiger om een duidelijke structuur neer te zetten als basis voor standaard bedrijfsprocessen. De doorontwikkeling van het platform heeft hierin een positieve verandering gebracht, met meer functionaliteiten en mogelijkheden om processen gestructureerd in te richten.

> Als Functioneel Beheerder sinds de eerste releases heb ik de ontwikkeling van GFacility van dichtbij kunnen volgen. De stappen die zijn gezet sluiten goed aan bij de behoeften die ik als functioneel beheerder heb ervaren. Functionaliteiten die ik eerder miste, zijn inmiddels toegevoegd, waardoor het platform steeds krachtiger en completer is geworden.

Wat voor mij echt het verschil maakt, is de korte lijn tussen gebruikers en het team van GFacility. Aangedragen verbeteringen worden serieus genomen en gecombineerd met een duidelijke visie op de toekomst. Hierdoor ontstaat een samenwerking waarin je merkt dat feedback daadwerkelijk bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het product.

GFacility is voor mij een modern en toekomstgericht platform dat blijft innoveren en organisaties de flexibiliteit biedt om processen optimaal te ondersteunen.
