With PowerSchool’s payment integration with Vanco—a trusted, online payment processor—payments are processed securely and funds are deposited directly into school or district’s bank account(s) as soon as each transaction settles. 

Mobile Access:
Improve families’ experience and response rates for schools and districts by allowing parents to access and complete forms through their PowerSchool Mobile App. Through responsive design, users can easily view and fill out all forms on any device in either the app or the parent portal.

> **Pros**: The most favourable feature of PowerSchool Ecollect Forms is its easy and intuitive user interface for both respondents and receivers. A mobile app is also available so students can access and submit forms through their mobile phone. Another great feature is the in-built payment option available through which I can accept fees from the students. Pre-built form templates are also available which saves me a lot of time. It also integrates with PowerSchool SIS to get detailed reports and accurate data. This tool is very helpful for us to keep paperless records right in the browser. The ability to share forms helps in collaboration and teamwork. This tool has helped us a lot in managing data and responses seamlessly and securely.

> **Cons**: The form creation interface could be improved and more modern elements can be used. More customization options could be added.
