> **Pros**: Interfaccia sia di back end che di front end molto intuivo  e friendly.  Semplice e compliance con  il il quadro normativo e strumento fondamentale per il RPCT delle PA e delle società partecipate a controllo pubblico, con il vantaggio di essere sempre aggiornato alle dinamiche normative.

> **Cons**: Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun difetto e nessuna anomalia pertanto non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto.

> Il sistema di segnalazione di illeciti assistito dal software della DgitalPA  oltre ad essere sempre aggiornato è uno strumento che risolve al RPCT tutte le problematiche relative al  Whistleblowing integrando tutte le  altre azioni/attività  attuate, dallo stesso RPCT,  in ambito anticorruzione e trasparenza.

> **Pros**: La predisposizione di funzionalità in linea con le previsioni di legge e gli indirizzi ANAC è l'elemento che più ho apprezzato dell'applicativo. In una amministrazione di medie/grandi dimensioni credo sia un prodotto pressoché indispensabile per poter assolvere agli obblighi di legge senza incorrere in omissioni o ritardi.

> L'applicativo ha consentito di seguire passo passo e con attenzione ogni fase relativa alla corretta applicazione della procedura, pressoché eliminando ogni rischio connesso al mancato assolvimento degli obblighi di legge e delle prescrizioni ANAC. Nell'ambito di una amministrazione di medie/grandi dimensioni come quella in cui opero credo sia uno strumento pressoché indispensabile.

Permette inoltre anche un semplice accesso a dati statistici, sempre utili a fini valutativi. la gestione della piattaforma, oltre ad essere ovviamente compliant dal punto di vista legislativo,  ha una assistenza tecnica e  normativa di ottimo livello

> **Cons**: forse si potrebbe migliorare la configurabilità del prodotto dando la possibilista all'utente amministratore, di aggiornare il set di  di reati segnalabili, piuttosto che rivolgersi alla società, nonostante i tempi di reazione dell'assistenza software siano molto compressi
