The dashboard is basic and straightforward with all the different buttons in one place for appointments, messages, care plan, and several others. It contains all of it on the dashboard while remaining uncluttered and easy to navigate\! I’ve used it twice and this time it has been about 3 weeks so far and I haven’t had any issues with glitching, or issues loading and needing to refresh. It’s quick and easy\! > > **Cons**: So far there isn’t really anything about it that I don’t like\! Perhaps if it was the first app I’d ever used with a doctor’s office there might be something, but in comparison to Athena or Klara, from the patient end Osmid has been the best\! > > See likes/dislikes above\! Also, Osmid is quick an easy to download to devices, but I was recently working on my laptop and found out I can also pull it up as a webpage from my laptop which was also nice. Other apps do that as well but it was another check on the east side for Osmid. Personally it’s been really a relief that I am able to message directly with my provider. That may also be specific to this particular provider, but on other apps it sometimes felt like I was submitting messages out into internet land on some server maybe someone tied to their office. It felt like it may or may not ever be seen or read. Maybe it’s just the format and layout of the messages page within Osmid that became it looks similar to a text message it feels more personal. The Athena app does that as well, but it still feels “official” on there. I have multiple evidence based measures available that clients can complete as needed and I'm able to share their progress and results seamlessly. Clients have found receiving appointment reminders extremely helpful. > > **Cons**: As the program is still relatively new, there are some client self scheduling work arounds that I have needed to use. This is only a temporary Con as the Osmind team reports future changes. > > I have been able to streamline the tedious part of a private mental health practice and feel more confident in having my paperwork in immediate order. I also love having my billing in one place as opposed to 3 different apps to complete the process. Lastly, the customer service and care that the Osmind team provides is top tier.
