The system is easy for staff to learn, which made the transition smooth. Card payment was made easy through pos and payment link.

> **Pros**: Very easy to use and has a lot of great features, such as the clock in clock out, tracking inventory, and the ease of taking order is unmatched.

> **Cons**: Sometimes after leaving the app unattended for awhile it times out, so having to restart the app 3-4 times a day, it’s not a big problem only when we’re busy it causing slight delays, sometimes the payment terminal doesn’t work meaning that when I press pay for the customer to pay it will tell me that failed to connect, this doesn’t happen often but it does occur once in awhile.

> Overall experience has been great, there’s not a lot of promotional calls like the competitors would do, the payouts are always on time, and just the convince it brings to run the app on a personal iPad is amazing.
