> **Pros**: I like how efficient this software is and how much time/effort it saves me in my day to day. I would say setting up the workflow so it's accurate and successful was the most difficult aspect. However, once the workflow was established, it's wonderful to use\! I really like the customer service portion, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have been amazing, receptive and responsive to any breakdowns, errors or questions.

It can be tiring at times to know this is a process that will need constant evaluation and management. It can be tiring to look for errors with every run and every step of the process.
