It is so user friendly and easy to navigate\! we did not have to spend much time at all training unfamiliar staff. > > **Cons**: Sometimes it doesnt fit our exact needs. it would be nice if there was an actual app, as the site is difficult to navigate on a mobile device. we are also unable to run contractor payroll, as the payroll feature only allows for hourly payments, and not by the unit.
