The advise is always helpful, positive and often with accompanying videos to show me what part of the system to go to and in what order. > > **Cons**: I think the link up with PayPal can be clunky and does not always go through easily for our customers. This could be down to PayPal. I do find that a small percentage of our customers find it difficult to sign up for our sessions because areas are 'greyed out' - particularly when needing to add other members of the family to a session request. > > Before - we used spreadsheets and cash\! The system is much easy for taking payments overall, it also keeps an ongoing register of attendance. It is simple to onboard new customers, and the automation of payments, reminders etc. mean that a missed payment is now a thing of the past. And most importantly it is much easier for our members. The business development support is extremely valuable with 1-1 sessions helping us to set goals and achieve them. A lovely bonus is the Step2Success podcast which our team listen to and it is great to hear the challenges and celebrations of other activity providers. > > **Cons**: Transferring over from manual to digital was of course a challenge. It was new to the staff and the parents. It took time and there were teething problems, however the support team were fantastic. Since joining there have been a few problems with the software, however the support team are brilliant and very patient.
