The single most important thing in any deployment of tech is how well the company I'm buying from helps me get it deployed and works with the inevitable issues that come up. Flowpath and specifically \[sensitive content hidden\] have gone above and beyond to help me with any issues that come up. Obviously, as they grow, it won't always be possible to have a direct line to the owners of the company, but when it really counts, I've had both of them show up in big ways to make sure our implementation went well and I think that shows their commitment to their customers success now and in the future regardless of if they will be able to personally see to issues that arise or if their team needs to be the ones on troubleshooting.
