> **Pros**: L'application est très simple à intégrer dans l'environnement SI RH. L'implémentation est très peu couteuse, très simple et très bien accompagnée par le support Semana. 
Les interfaces avec Slack, teams et Microsoft apportent un vrai plus, et une très bonne ergonomie d'utilisation. 
Le temps de formation pour mes équipes est quasi nul, l’application étant très intuitive est simple d'utilisation

> L'application nous a servi de support pour revoir en profondeur notre politique RH, dans un contexte nouveau de télétravail et de travail hybride.
