They offer comprehensive training for 360 assessment trainers and are quick to answer any questions regarding navigating the tool and customizing it to our specifications. I am also a big fan of the "set it and forget it" style of the platform. Once everything is staged, the platform runs itself from initiation, sending reminders, to compiling the reports in easy to download PDFs. > > **Cons**: The platform itself is not very user friendly at first. I often found myself needing help with navigating the functions/features, and struggled to get everything set up. It would be nice to offer some more hand-holding throughout the various menus to make it easier for someone to work with when it's their first time.
